Return Process

  Log in to our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused gear in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the item remains in brand-new, resalable condition.

  Ship to Rival

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the gear for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
